I remember a dream I had about 15 years ago. In this dream my dad and I were in his old blue Ford truck . Mom and someone else were sitting in the backseat. it began to snow very hard and the roads were beginning to get snow covered. There appeared a car up ahead of us and my dad slammed on his brakes to stop but we slid hard in the back of them .
My dad and I were immediatley lifted out of the car as if we were just hovering above the accident. Dad turned to me and I looked at him , he had a sad look on his face. He said ,"nothing will ever be the same way again".
I still remember that dream and what my dad said to me and you know it turned out to be true.
Several months later my dad went home to be with the Lord and nothing was the same way again. But I have learned through it all that though I can't change the past there is always hope for tomorrow.

Only a Moment

If individuals live only seventy years, then a state, or a nation , or a civilization, which may last for a thousand years, is more important than an individual.
But if Christianity is true, then the individual is not only more important but comparably more important , for he is everlasting and the life of a state, or a nation, or a civilization compared with his.......is only a moment

C.S.Lewis

Those that follow Christ have everlasting life and everything and everyone else fades away into the past.
